Atlanta, GA (July 20, 2009) --  IntusIQ is pleased to announce that Comverge, Inc., a leading clean energy company, has today become a member of the Essential Wireless Mesh (“EWM”) Patent Portfolio by taking a license to the IntusIQ patent portfolio.  All Comverge  products in the Smart Grid Technologies Field are now licensed under the IntusIQ EWM Portfolio.  The parties’ litigation has been resolved amicably.
