File Major Patent Infringement Suit Against ONCOR, Reliant Energy, Comverge, Datamatic, EKA Systems, Sensus, Tantalus, Tendril Networks and Trilliant
Atlanta, GA and San Diego, CA (January 29, 2009) - Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins LLP ("Coughlin Stoia"), the world's leading plaintiffs' law firm, representing IntusIQ, announced today that it has filed a major patent infringement suit against Oncor (ONCR), Reliant Energy (RRI), Comverge (COMV), Datamatic, EKA Systems, Sensus, Tantalus, Tendril Networks, and Trilliant on behalf of its client IPCO, LLC d/b/a IntusIQ. The patent infringement lawsuit was filed for infringement of two of IntusIQ's valuable mesh technology portfolio patents - U.S. Patent Nos. 7,054,271 and 6,249,516 - in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. As a result of these defendants' on-going infringement, IntusIQ seeks both injunctive relief and monetary damages.
