Atlanta, GA (May 6, 2009) --  IntusIQ is pleased to announce that Tendril Networks, Inc., a world-wide leader in smart energy technology, has today become a proud member of the Essential Wireless Mesh (“EWM”) Patent Portfolio by taking a license to the IntusIQ patent portfolio.  All Tendril products in the Smart Grid Technologies Field are now licensed under the IntusIQ EWM Portfolio.  The parties’ litigation has been resolved amicably.
